Khalid’s Biriyani is a beloved Muslim-style biryani from Namma Chennai, offering a unique twist with the use of premium Basmati rice sourced from Punjab.
The succulent meats used in our biryani come from Malimpadi, located in the southern part of Tamil Nadu, and are complemented by carefully selected spices. To maintain consistency and ensure a rich, unforgettable taste, our biryani is traditionally cooked over firewood at 200°C.

Procurement:
We pay close attention to the quality of the ingredients used in our biryanis. The Basmati rice is sourced from Punjab, while the meat is carefully selected from Malimpadi, in southern Tamil Nadu.
